"She has this very haunting presence, thoughtful eyes and a quiet, calm beauty," says Jade Robertson, a "new faces" agent at Ford models. "People in the street are in conversation with someone else, but they're staring at her. She's definitely a girl you're drawn to."

Robertson has been chaperoning the 39 girls, ages 14-21, during their weeklong stay at the Hudson Hotel. But, to her, it was clear from the beginning that Damankova was the girl to watch.

"She's different from most girls; she's laid-back and not at all carried away by money or celebrity. To be honest, it's kind of refreshing," Robertson says. "She's at least got to have an idea that she's going to place, if not win. And, I think she's prepared to win."

-Secret about WOMEN that they DON'T want men to know.
And, unlike the catfight between America's Next Top Model winner Adrien Curry and Tyra Banks, there is a history of success with this model search. Brazilian bombshell Camila Finn, last year's winner, was booked exclusively for the fall 2005 Calvin Klein shows. And Ukrainian beauty Nataliya Gotsiy, the winner in 2003, has appeared in Vogues around the world.

But don't expect to see Damankova's soulful brown eyes staring down at you off of a billboard anytime soon; she'll be doing the graduation walk before the catwalk. After she gets her high school diploma, Damankova will relocate to New York City, begin working on her portfolio and be shown to clients in time for the spring 2007 fashion shows.

"She's so beautiful that people turn around to see her. In the hotel, walking down the street, people can't stop staring at her," Ford says. "She has every quality it takes to be a model; she photographs incredibly, has a great body and she wants to be a model."

Ford says Damankova reminds her of Renee Simonsen, the Danish model who won the contest in 1982.

"She has full lips, her skin is honey-toned and when she sits without makeup she is still incredible-looking," Ford says.

The agency was looking for a model who wasn't only easy on the eyes, Ford says, but also easy to work with.

"We never look for a contestant for a particular hair color, but we look for how they photograph, what makes them pop in pictures and the ability to project emotion through their eyes," she says. "A good model puts on clothes and makes them come alive, [and is] someone who can think about what they're wearing and portray it."

Kristen Anne Bell (born July 18, 1980) is an American television and film actress as well as former stage actress. Bell has been cited by media as a component in the popularization of "Geek chic" and is often recognized for her young looks. She has received a Satellite Award and Saturn Award, and has been nominated for a Television Critics Association Award and Teen Choice Award.

Though her first film role came with an uncredited appearance in Polish Wedding, Bell previously acted in stage and musical productions. In 2001, she made her Broadway debut as Becky Thatcher in The Adventures of Tom Sawyer. After re-locating to Los Angeles, Bell landed various television guest appearances and small film parts, before she gained notability for starring as the title role on the critically acclaimed television show Veronica Mars from September 2004 to May 2007. During her time on Veronica Mars, Bell reprised her role as Mary Lane in the film version of Reefer Madness: The Movie Musical, a stage production she had taken part in. She also portrayed the lead role in Pulse, a remake of a J-Horror film. In 2007, she joined the cast of Heroes playing the vixen Elle Bishop, and Gossip Girl as the titular narrator.

In 2004, Bell performed in the stage production of Reefer Madness in Los Angeles, allowing her to work with writers Kevin Murphy and Dan Studney. Later, she appeared in the Lifetime television movie Gracie's Choice, which received one of the network's highest ratings. She made her debut in a theatrically released film, with David Mamet's Spartan, as Laura Newton, the kidnapped daughter of a high-ranking U.S. government official, acting alongside Val Kilmer. Bell also guest-starred on the HBO's drama Deadwood in a two-episode story arc ("Bullock Returns to the Camp" and "Suffer the Little Children").

She then won the role of the title character in UPN's drama Veronica Mars, which was launched in the fall of 2004. Created by Rob Thomas, Bell starred as the seventeen year old detective Veronica, which put her alongside actors Enrico Colantoni who played her father, Jason Dohring, Percy Daggs III and Ryan Hansen. Veronica Mars was described as "a little bit Buffy and a little bit Bogart". Bell noted the parallels between the character of Veronica and her own life - Bell's parents had divorced and her best friend had also passed away, like that of Veronica. The series earned positive reviews from television critics, as did Bell's performance. Some critics felt that she was overlooked, however, and deserved an Emmy Award nomination. As a writer at the tvaddict.com commented, "[Bell's] complete lack of Emmy recognition proves that voters don’t actually watch the tapes before they vote."

In 2005, Bell starred in Reefer Madness: The Movie Musical, reprising the role she played in the off-Broadway musical. The musical was based on a spoof of the 1936 exploitation film of the same name; the 1936 film itself was in turn was based on Tell Your Children, an anti-marijuana propaganda film. Reefer Madness: The Movie Musical debuted on the Showtime network on April 16, 2005. On September 18, 2005, Bell performed the theme song from Fame on the "Emmy Idol" portion of the 57th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards. She and the cast of Veronica Mars were nominated for two Teen Choice Awards in 2005: "Choice Breakout Actress" and "Choice Breakout TV Show".

Natalia Vodianova: Hot sexy beautiful Russian woman NUDE Pictures and Photos download.

So as you've probably guessed, we're all in a tizzy getting ready for Fashion Week. We've started getting our invitations, we're assigning photographers, and we're going through the schedule and castings. As we looked at agency DNA's list of models who are up for gigs starting next week, we spotted a familiar name: 25-year-old Natalia Vodianova. The beauty from a destitute Russian village turned British aristocrat’s wife is among the lovelies.

It got us thinking about how Vodianova never seems to age. After nearly ten years of modeling, she still has the same baby face and baby hips. Like, not the kind that are made for the having of babies (even though she's popped out three), but ones that a model for babyGap would take one look at and stop breast-feeding for a week out of sheer envy for them. Nothing she can do seems to shake that girlish figure. Vodianova gave birth to son Viktor on September 13, and while she sat out the New York shows in the fall, she hit the Paris runways less than three weeks later. This made us wonder about Vodianova’s other model-cum-mommy powers, so we went back and did the math on her past postpartum runway returns.

-What Women HATE Most About Single Guys.

According to Forbes, Vodianova is ranked as the seventh highest-earning model in the world after Carolyn Murphy, Alessandra Ambrosio, Adriana Lima, Heidi Klum, Kate Moss and Gisele Bundchen. Her earnings for the past year were in the order of $4.5 million.

Can you excite her? Can you demonstrate a man with qualities that separates him from that pack of wild hyenas?

Her husband is British real estate heir, Justin Portman, a half-brother of the 10th Viscount Portman. The couple had their first son, Lucas Alexander, on December 22, 2001. On September 1, 2002, Vodianova and Portman married in a lavish ceremony in Saint Petersburg.
